IMPACT Exhibition Management’s Human Resources takes home prestigious UFI HR Award

R2i (Routine to Innovation) project, initiated by the Human Resources Department in 2018 to stimulate employee’s innovations and motivate them to create extraordinary things, has been selected as the winner of this prestigious award, marking the first time Thailand has won the UFI HR Award.

Director of the Corporate Human Resources Department Thamita Chongswatvorakul says, “IMPACT pivots to a global HR strategy to reinvigorate goals for the future as well as optimize the efficiency, effectiveness, and performance of the HR department. It was a great honor to be the winner of the UFI HR Award and attend the awards ceremony spearheaded by The Global Association of the Exhibition Industry (UFI) and taking place at the 91st UFI Global Congress from November 20 – 22, 2024, a premier event for the exhibition industry where 600+ delegates from more than 55 countries convened at Koelnmesse in Cologne, Germany.

These UFI’s annual awards recognize excellence in multiple categories, including operations and services, industry partners, marketing, sustainability, digital innovation, and human resources, and it is the great opportunity for all members to interact, listen to other members’ innovative ideas, and drive positive changes for the exhibition industry. During a highlighted session “Focusing on Excellence with our UFI Award Winners,” a good number of members listen to the concepts behind the R2i project and discuss potential upgrades for the next version.
