IMPACT Muang Thong Thani features the best of Nonthaburi’s eight certified restaurants to offer attendees more tasty choices while generating revenue for the community

IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd, the sole operator of IMPACT Muang Thong Thani, enters into strategic collaborations with top eight food vendors certified by Nonthaburi Chamber of Commerce to showcase their bakery and chefs’ specialties to event participants and visitors. This initiative will not only benefit the community greatly but also foster community growth.
Director of Sales at IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd Acharawan Suparngkarat says, “Our venue welcomes more than 1,000 MICE-related events and allures 10-15 million visitors from around the globe each year. When we have thousands of attendees roaming the aisles at the exhibit show floor or partaking in a conference, food has increasingly become an excitement- especially among organizers. They crave for high-quality, scrumptious menu options that wow every guest. For a special event or occasion, organizers may reach out to us directly and request our F&B team to cater their event. IMPACT boasts Thai, Japanese, Chinese, and Western cuisines accompanied by a team of catering professionals who can go above and beyond guests’ expectations. Our chefs and kitchen staff operate in compliance with ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System.”
Wherever people go, they tend to take their foods and dinning preferences with them, and we realize how significantly food plays a role in luring people. Not only are we are passionate about creating memorable, but we yearn for giving back to the community in which we operate by recruiting local vendors who are trust worthy, reliable, and certified with “Best of Nonthaburi” standard, developed by Nonthaburi Chamber of Commerce. The eight finalists we selected to join our culinary initiative include Ruch Kanomjeen, Baan Pakwhan, Mushroom Cottage Farm and Café, Tik and Tuk, Jae Yoi Queen of Boat Noodles, Tong Kanomjeen Numya Poo, Morakot Siam, and Pai Thai Nai Siam.
Each vendor represents their best specialties like homemade mushroom and pork kanomjeen by Mushroom Cottage Farm and Café; Thai gnocchi in fresh coconut milk, known for its silky, melt-in-your-mouth flour that has been everyone’s favorite for over 20 years; and flavorful tom yum noodle with pork with a big kick made to a tee with their heirloom recipe.
This strategic collaboration with the local vendors creates a mutual benefit where store owners can increase their sales, meet new potential customers, and grow customer base, and we can diversify our product and service offerings. Attendees to the meetings, conferences, and corporate events now have the freedom to choose what to eat instead of going with the flow. Their tastes for cultural fare are increasingly becoming apparent. So far, we have received great feedback from attendees.
“By collaborating with local vendors, we can propel the community forward. At IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd, we align our business strategies with social responsibilities and incorporate the three key pillars: social, economic, and environmental into our business framework,” concluded Acharawan.
