1. 合理依据
IMPACT 展览管理有限公司(以下简称“IMPACT”)深知保护个人数据的重要性,并承诺履行《个人数据保护法》(B.E. 2562(2019)(以下简称“个人数据保护法”)所规定的相关职责。该法律明确了 IMPACT 在收集、使用及披露与其业务运营相关的个人数据方面的权利与义务。本《个人数据保护政策》(以下简称“本政策”)旨在说明作为数据控制者的我们如何管理客户、业务合作伙伴、员工及其他第三方的个人数据。

“数据主体” 指根据《个人数据保护法》拥有其个人数据的自然人。
“个人数据” 指可直接或间接识别特定自然人的任何信息,但不包括已故人士的信息。
“数据处理” 指根据《个人数据保护法》对个人数据的收集、使用及披露行为。

3.1 IMPACT 所收集的个人数据
我们根据日常业务运营的需要,可能收集下列个人数据:
- 一般信息:姓名、电话号码、电子邮箱、住址、个人身份证明号码(如身份证、护照、驾照、税号)、出生日期、国籍、公民身份、身高、体重、照片;
- 职业、学历、就业历史、工作表现评估、犯罪记录、健康记录及家庭背景;
- 与 IMPACT 之间的交易或合同记录;
- 银行账户号码、薪资、财务状况、纳税记录、信用卡号码、车牌号码;
- 数据主体使用电脑及程序的信息,包括 IP 地址、浏览器类型、语言、操作系统、应用程序、网站使用历史、Cookies 等;
- 闭路电视(CCTV)录像记录。
3.2 数据收集渠道
我们可能通过以下方式直接或间接收集个人数据:
- 数据主体或其代表直接提供的数据;
- IMPACT 及其子公司、关联企业或业务合作伙伴合法提供的数据;
- 来自政府机构、银行等可靠来源的数据;
- 通过合法方式从公开渠道获得的数据。
4. 个人数据的保存期限
我们将仅在达成本公司业务相关目的所必需的时间内收集和保存个人数据。期限届满后,除非依据法律需继续保存或为保障本公司合法权利的需要,我们将按照标准程序销毁相关个人数据。

5.1 处理与披露的目的
我们将为下列业务需要处理和披露个人数据:
- 与数据主体签订合同或履行合同义务;
- 基于 IMPACT 合法利益的正常业务运营(在不侵犯数据主体基本权利的前提下);

- 用于识别与我们接触的人员及保障安全;
